Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The dress must be returned in its original unworn condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Return Procedure

Contact our customer service team with your order number to start the return process. Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned dress, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Worn, altered, or damaged items, as well as final sale or clearance products, cannot be returned.
